How Paint Chip/Scratch Protection Plan works:

• Signup on this page by choosing your plan and checking out. You're then a member! We will send a welcome email and a link to a claim form in the event that you get a chip or scratch you'd like to cover. You can also alter or discontinue your subscription online anytime. 
• There's a waiting period of 30 days between signup and possible claim and then if you get a chip or scratch, let us know on the claim form and we will send a Paint Chip Sticker to cover it.
• NOT STANDARD INSURANCE COVERAGE! This is NOT an insurance policy on you or your car for accident damage to the car or persons. This simply covers the event of a chip or scratch and provides a Paint Chip Sticker in the OEM color to cover the imperfection. No liability, indemnity or any such other coverage is implied or intended. 
• Coverage is based on the package you choose on this page. Scratches up to 4 inches are covered. Larger damage can be covered with an up charge, depending on the size. Claims can be made from the second month of your subscription. There is always a 30 day waiting period between claims. Only one scratch or chip per claim. For each claim we request a photo with a ruler or tape measure to illustrate the damage.
• Application of the sticker is easy, especially on smaller stickers. For those and larger projects we have an application guide.
• Coverage for your own vehicle(s) with registered color code(s) on your account (see plans on this page). This is a diy product that you can easily apply yourself. This sticker kit plan does not in any way cover labor installation, body work, paint, or other people's property.
• Transferable. Your plan can be changed to another car and color code but will stay limited to the number of color codes in your plan.

Paint Chip Stickers can be repositioned if needed. Plus there are enough on the sheet to try again and re-apply if the first position is not perfect. After a day or two the adhesive settles and Paint Chip Stickers will adhere strongly to your paint, won't wash off, but remain removable if warmed by a heat gun or hair dryer for a moment.

If you get paint damage, send us a picture of the damage with a measuring tape or ruler in the picture and we will send an appropriate size of Paint Chip Sticker to you to cover it (up to 4 inches). Larger sizes, even full vehicle wraps are available as well.

We can make vinyl in nearly all automotive colors. Some very low volume or older colors may have a minimum order qty of our 2 foot square roll. If that's the case with your color we'll let you know after reviewing your order.
